This merchant sold me a defective ExAchat A15 Pro Max that would not hold on to a connection in places where my old phone did. They authorized a return. They required me to pay for return shipping and told me a "full refund" would be issued after successful delivery. Two weeks after delivery, there was still no refund. I messaged them to ask where my refund was. That is when they finally issued the refund and it was only for the purchase price. Reimbursement for the cost of the return shipping was not included. I will not buy from this merchant again and I recommend you turn away from this listing. Also, the model number was inconsistent in the phone's settings indicating to me that the phone was not properly configured.

Shipping took a while, got the phone I couldn't use it on my service. Requested a return the seller sent a label but I had to pay to return it! I sent the phone back and seller has yet to give my refund highly not recommend to buy from these people
