The quality of this is super soft, fast charging and the perfect size for my face. Easy to wash off too.My skin feels so smooth after using it. The heating feature only occurs on the smooth side, but it gets WAAAARM! It's super nice too.Durable too, holds up to the claims - I use this in the shower, and at the sink. No damage from excess water. I feel this helps my cleansers.. cleanse better? As I said before this tool has dramatically helped reduce my cystic acne.You can use it without vibration, and have heat on. Or have both vibration and heat on. Comes with a USB-C charging cable. Does not come with a wall block, but not a problem for me.

I like this better than I thought! It does a very nice job cleansing your skin, is very light weight, easy to use and handy because you can take it into the shower, and it feels good. I like the three settings and heat feature, and my skin is a lot smoother after using it without any irritation and it is more hygienic than a wash cloth. It holds a charge well, I haven't even recharged it yet. I didn't know I needed this handy practical tool but can definitely recommend it!

My moisturizer serum and vit C has been doing even more wonders for my skin since I started using this. I use this every other day.Pros:3 settings (i use middle)cleans thoroughly without being rough (soft short bristles)U will use less of your face soap/ cleanser (wet your face, place cleanser on brush, then rinse when done)very easy to clean/ rinseCon:there’s a back flap where you insert the charger. i clean mine with a qtip or small cloth after each use because i can see that getting that area wet over time may be an issue.Overall, this is worth it for me! My skin is thankful :))

this brush is a great quality and size. The bristles are nice and clean great! I feel like my skin is softer and smoother after it cleans. I love that I can use it in the shower. The handle feels great in my hand as I use it and since it is all silicone, it’s easy to clean and hold. I got the pink one and I love the color. It’s a soft baby pink. The vibration levels are also great. I thought that I would definitely use the highest level, but I actually feel most comfortable at the middle vibration level as I clean my face so it’s nice to have the options.I haven’t use the heating function yet, but I’m excited to have it for the future. However, the first brush I received the heating function didn’t work and even though I tried charging it and giving it time to heat up and everything I could think of to make sure I did it right so that it would heat up it wouldn’t work. I was able to contact the company via email and they responded very quickly and we’re very helpful. I was able to get a new product sent out through Amazon immediately even before I returned the broken product and I got the new product before returning the old one so I could make sure that it worked completely and after I made sure the new one works 100% I was able to return the old one all free of charge. I’m very happy with the customer service and the product is definitely worth the money and elevates your skin routine. i’d be interested to see what other products this company has just because this one was so well-made.
