Great supplement to milk for growing kids
My 3 year old was born premature and spent time in nicu, he was breastfeeding for almost 2 years, and has been steadily catching up on his growth charts. He LOVES Nido! I love giving this over plain cows milk because of the extra ingredients. I give him 1 cup of a Nido a day, and at almost 4 years old, he's a strong, happy healthy kid.
