This the best vitamins I ever have to use, hot flashes reduced in week 3, i have had very good sleep from the first week I was using this, im very energetic, and i don't have a problem with swallowing this pill, good quality product!!, im currently in my second bottle.

I like it all because it surly did gave my hair some growth so I continue to take it. Purchased me a 2nd bottle. I didn't pay attention to the rest I were looking at my hair growth..lol I also were a estrogen patch cause I had a full hysterectomy so my hot flashes is minimum. I Purchased that of course for that reason and the vitamins that's in it.

Bought these upon entering peri-menopause as the night sweats, and mood swings (rage? all the time?) were annoying me. For the first week or so, they resulted in stomach upset. Nothing unbearable, but it took a while for my digestive system to get used to the probiotic blend. At the encouragement of a friend, I stuck to it, and sure enough, I got used to it. At the same time, I began to sleep better and my mood improved. I think these are the perimenopause vitamin I was looking for and I've replaced my previous vitamin with them. One thing I wish was different was these capsules tend to float in my mouth, triggering my gag reflex. I wish they were tablets or something that didn't float as much, but I can bear it.

I am in post menopause and love how this multivitamin works after buying it two times, but I'm wondering why the third container is a different color? The first 2 were gold like turmeric, but the third container had vitamins that were natural colored like taupe. This is concerning because it makes me think that the ingredients have been altered. I sent a message to the company, but haven't heard from them yet. I will update when I receive a response.

Easy to swallow . No taste and the price is great. IMO it’s helping me with my energy focus and mood imo

I am Fifty Four. I have been to doctors to find out if they can level my hormones, and they can't. I don't suffer from hot flashes, but my energy level was so low my joints were hurting. I was very moody. I'm telling you. I've been on them for three days and I am walking around my office like nothing went before. I was unable to get out of my chair and walk to the fax machine, or the copier. It was just so hard and I've been on them for two days and even my coworkers are asking me. What am I drinking that I'm walking around with no pain. I recommend these pills 1000%.

I have noticed a change and I don’t get as near as many hot flashes. However it did take a good 5-6 weeks to really see and feel the difference. This last shipment I got the pills were a different color. I’m waiting on a response on why this is. I’m use to the yellow tint color from the turmeric.
