Herschel Nova Backpack, Black, Mid-volume 18.0L

I wanted a plain black backpack but not too basic. I also wanted to get a more compact backpack than the 15” Fjallraven since I’m only 5 feet tall. I was going to get the smaller size but I was worried I wouldn’t be able to fit my 13” MacBook Pro. I’m glad I went for this size because it fit my laptop, 3 1-subject notebooks, a thin planner, graphic calculator, and pencil case. I can fit more but it would get harder.The outer small pocket is pretty big. I have painkillers, stapler, hand sanitizer, AirPods, mascara, and a 3oz hand lotion.The straps are not padded which I was worried about but it felt the same as my old padded Fjallrave which I don’t mind. That way I make sure I don’t pack more than what I need.The zipper is a little stiff but it was obvious it was going to be. I have no issue closing the zipper with one hand sometimes.I’m very happy with the bag.

My favorite back pack!

The bag is a bit smaller than the bag I used for high school but that’s great because I don’t need as much books for uni. This bag fits my 13 inch laptop, iPad 11 inch and some books and folders. There’s also 2 pockets for water bottles and the quality is great!

Love this bag I use for my work, nice pocket inside for laptop and 2! cup sleeves, that is what I needed, one for coffee and one for water. Metal zipper for sturdiness.

I got the 18 liter backpack and it’s a good size. Not too big or small. I use it as a diaper bag and I’m able to fit everything I need with some extra space. My only complaint is one of the zippers doesn’t glide smooth but it doesn’t bother me enough to return it. Overall it’s a good quality backpack that feels like it’s going to last.

Great backpack. Reasonably priced. After purchasing, it went on sale on amazon which I was contemplating on repurchasing and returning the other one but it was too much hassle. The zipper is kind of hard to maneuver. My laptop was quite big, and didn’t really fit but made it work. The pockets were great. My travel mug and umbrella fit the sides. Overall great purchase.

This bag is perfect for everyday use. I’m using as a diaper bag and it has the perfect amount of pockets: front pocket for things like keys/ hand sanitizer/ airpods, 2 water bottle holders on each side: I put 1 water bottle on one side and use the other side for snacks on the go, 2 zippers on main part make it easy for opening, large pocket on inside, and super deep for everyday items you need. Highly recommend this bag for women!!! Herschel never disappoints:)

Don’t wasteYour time. It’s about 6 months old and both zippers are broken. Total junk.
