Sprayer can fall out of the case and not fit back in.
The spray bottle fell out of its case while attached to my purse. I could not get it to fit properly back into the case.

Not what I expected.
The case is very flimsy. My Touchland fell out without me knowing. Now I’m out the money spent on both the spray as well the cases.

Not 5 sanitizers! Only 4
I was deceived when I initially purchased these five piece sanitizer set. I actually received only four sanitizers and one white case. Once I look closely at the picture, I do realize that the confusion. Beware please be careful when looking at pictures and reading descriptions. Still had timely service and was a great product just wasn’t the value I expected. I expected five sanitizers for my five kids that we’re going on vacation and one of them was left out.
