A world torn asunder
Akers has written a masterpiece filled with magic of the old gods and the strength of the sword man’s arm. The conclusion of the Hallowed Wars is the culmination of the war between light and darkness and a bit of both. Against all possible odds, men and women of will fight for a world spilt asunder by evil gods and men. Akers writes of memorable characters and a world new to the genre. If you like, nay love, a great and wonderful story, the series fills all desires. Don’t miss this series. It’s worth every penny. You will not be able to put any of the books down once you start reading. What are you waiting for?

Stuck between 3 and 4
Maybe it was just me. But I had one hell of a time keeping track of the volume of secondary characters and whose side everyone was on. The story was solid but I had trouble staying with it, which is unusual for me barring something like Game of Thrones

I like it but wanted more.
I hate being critical of books. I just felt this one needed another 300 plus pages. There is a lot here left needing answers...will there be another sequel?

Fantastic climax to the series!
The 3rd book in the Hallowed War series sees the protagonists discover more about the reasons for the war in Tenumbra. The battles between North and South, Celestial and Pagan are not all that they seem. Friends become enemies and enemies become allies as the story builds to a climactic battle outside the Reaveholt. If you enjoy epic fantasy, with powerful magic and awesome battles, I heartily recommend this book and series.
