Functionality:This automatic wet food feeder has been a great addition to my cat’s routine. It keeps portions fresh for hours m, and the timed trays help space out meals so she doesn’t overeat. Setup was simple, the motor is quiet, and cleanup is easy. it’s reliable enough for daily use and short trips. Overall, it’s made feeding time more consistent and my cat’s definitely not complaining.

So far, I love love it! Looks great in white. I would have preferred something to the bell because my cats think there's someone at the door and they all run. As I give them meals with it, they're starting to really like it but they still check the front door. So easy to set up and use on my phone. It's very smooth and quite when it opens and closes. The dishes are nice and large. Two cats can eat at once. I'm very impressed. As long as it keeps working, I'm very happy with it. I'll try to give an update in a few months.

So far this item works well. Sometimes the bell does not ring when it first opens but you can set it to continue to ring in intervals or until your pet comes to the feeder. My cat took to it pretty quickly. Like that you can check the log for pet activity or open the feeder early if needed. It is a little big so be prepared for needing that extra space. Easy to set up and set meal schedules. Added backup batteries- not sure how long they last for a power outage. Easy to clean and load. Would recommend the stainless steel bowl insert. Gives me peace of mind while I am at work that my cat has the opportunity to eat when he needs to as recommended by his vet.

Been waiting years for a refrigerated cat feeder for wet food and here it is. Finding someone to feed our kitties while we're gone on vacation has always been a problem. We've used dry feeders which is fine for my one cat who eats anything but we have another cat that will not eat dry food. The Petlibro is a well designed and well thought out machine. The app is another story. The programming takes some patience. The user manual isn't too informative but follow the QR link to the videos which are more helpful but still leave you wondering what's going on under the hood. I did not experience some of the issues reported in other reviews, like the spinning tray, or door not opening but here is what I did experience:A couple of issues with the meal schedule which would have gone undiscovered had I not been remotely monitoring kitties meal time with a security camera. At one meal time the cats were presented with an empty tray. They looked expectantly at the tray and walked away. I had to delete the meal schedule and start over beginning with the tray I knew had to be next in the queue. Thankfully I was able to solve that problem using the app and it did not reoccur. Another time the door closed after a minute. I knew this thanks to the log of events they thoughtfully included in the app design. I was able to open the door and set up a longer feed time. Despite the manual's claim the default feed time is 30 minutes, according to the setup in the app, it is one minute. So don't forget to set the feed duration. Another issue is moisture condensation in the refrigerated area below the tray. There was water under the tray after a few days. Not a lot and removed easily enough. We were gone for two weeks and the moisture condensation on the heat sink inside the feeder needed to be drained and air dried. This may not be problem in dryer climates.Overall our experience was good and our cats were fed with their favorite pate served fresh. I bought two feeders for three days of twice daily feeding. We had someone come by every third day to reload. By design it cannot be programmed with a feed beyond 72 hours since freshness cannot be guaranteed more than 3 days. I gave a 5 star rating despite the learning curve and bugs. It was worth it in the end. The feeder did it's job and kept the wet food fresh and delivered to our furry family members. We could relax and enjoy our trip knowing our cats were well fed.Ideas for improvement: A rotate tray button in the app and on the machine. More informative user manual.Side note; there is an amusing graphic I've seen on t-shirts showing Pavlov ringing his bell to a disinterested cat. I can tell you our cats learned that little electronic bell sound on the feeder meant food and came running.

Wonderful. Amazing. We now have peace with our cats. We have two of these and it has been such a blessing. They hold three full meals. And keep them nice and refrigerated. They are built extremely well and made to last. Bowls are made of stainless steel and are durable. App works super well and is easy to set up. Good to keep cats food portions regular and keep them healthy.Some things I noticed: the plugs do get very warm. Not sure why but both units the plugs get almost hot.You’re gonna have to clean this unit regularly to keep it sanitary for your animals. If you use fish wet food the unit will be smelly of fish. The lid too must be cleaned. The tray with the bowls is dishwasher safe. Also you need to figure out where to put the unit. It is rather large.Overall I would highly recommend this feeder it’s the only one that is refrigerated and premium quality that I could find in the market.
