This was bought as a direct replacement of the first one that had lasted for three years, that example's very localised hole seeming to have been from a manufacturing defect? I have to say that this second one whilst very slightly larger, does not seem to have the same quality of finish with a slight "bobbliness" developing on the sateen side within the first couple of months of use.

I ordered 2 sheets and am delighted with them, as they are excellent quality product. Nice and soft and smooth sheets - just what I like. Washed them straight away and hung them out to dry on a windy day, dried in no time - not like the cotton sheets available 40 years ago which never seemed to dry, not like these. Quality product.
