Jamu: The Ancient Indonesian Art of Herbal Healing Paperback – September 10, 2012

I have always been fascinated by healing techniques of other nations and herbs have been part of my personal health regimen. This is a wonderful book. The only thing that disappoints me is trying to find others like this in English!! This book is like a treasure map so I'm looking for "more pieces of the map". I am not disappointed in the least way!!

I bought this book for my husband, because right now he is into herbal healing. He has been doing research of natural remedy for high cholesterol and preventive care.
