This SlipGrip 22mm Bike mount is well constructed and designed for strength and ruggedness of the roads. The holder is constructed from High Quality ABS plastic, with a 22mm screw-on coupler attached to the back. The 22mm is very strong and coupled with SlipGrip Designed High Quality Aluminum with a 22mm Ball on one end. The other end is attached to the rugged 1.5 inch Clamp. This design produces a strong and sturdy bike, motorcycle, boat mounting system. The mount is designed to fit any handlebar ranging in diameter from 0.5 inch to 1.5 inch. Works perfect, just like the last one.
This is my second SlipGrip. Recently purchased a second motorcycle, you can never have too many, regardless of what your wife may say. It’s so easy to snap the phone in or out of this thing with one hand, yet the phone has never come out accidentally. Even when you hit a bump that causes you to catch air.What makes this mount worth the money is it’s convenience. The phone is held securely on all 4 sides without the need for rubber bands or any of that nonsense. While it has the word slip in its name, the phone never slips, ever. I have a few buddies who use the universal spring loaded mounts, they are always jealous of mine.My original one which is 4 years old now has been out in every type of weather you can imagine. It has sat in blistering sun for hours on end. It’s still looks and works like new.

Watch for Bumps
Fits my Apple iPhone 8 Plus with an Otterbox Defender case. The phone did pop out once when I hit a hard bump. So now I use a Velcro strap as a security backup.
