I really like this acne cream. When you put it on it has a very nice cooling sensation. I have had a few cystic acne spots and I feel it has really helped them and reduced the redness after they have gone away. I recommend!

It smells/ feels like a diluted icy hot so just be aware of that. It’s very tolerable
Honestly this has been the most helpful for my cystic acne. It does NOT dry out your skin like so many topical acne treatments. It took a few days, like 2-3 and my cysts had almost completely gone away
