Only thing I can say about then is that I’ve had them for about 3 weeks now and the ones that I’ve been using the most (almost all of them) hasve already gotten loose I guess you could say. They don’t have that tension they had those first few uses. Which kind of sucks. But still work ok.***UPDATE*** so after having these bands for almost two months the two lightest bands snapped. While doing kickbacks. Which is disappointing.
