Buy only if u don't want Smart App Connectivity
Worst Fan in the Segment of Smart it was mentioned. It won't work Smart, It won't connect the Fan in their own Crompton Senze App. It won't connect in Alexa App. I can only be used with the remote provided and it got damaged within 2days. Even though it was replaced by crompton service but the App functionality doesn't work. They are still in the App developing process. It won't even connect through Bluetooth too. Very bad App Experience. If u don't want App feature u can go for it but u need to take care of the remote as there won't be fan regulator as it is a BLDC Fan. It's a smart Fan without Smart.

Make noise not worth buying.
The remote is not useful, if you have two fan in same house than one remote will change speed of both fan. It make noise within 3 month of use. The remote is very cheap quality breaks esiliye.

Low quality appliance, no repair support, Customer care is rude and unprofessional.
Crompton team, you keep spending on marketing your products and not fix your products and service, your customer support is a joke, they are so rude, unprofessional and of no support. You will requwst them they will shout on you and i am not exagurating. I have raised complaint atleast 20-30 times of my gyeser which didnt work even for 2 month even under warranty, technical team is not able to fix it. Now a fan stopped working which tells me life of your product is hardly 6 -12 months. Never ever buy from crompton you will be wasting your money and their customer support will only make you more angry.
