I had to drill and tap holes to mount my camera in the cover, but I expected that ahead of time. Works well with Reolink D400 dome cams. ### ⭐ If you are looking for something to fit a standard US electrical system, keep looking. This won't work. *by E***S on May 16, 2018* I am only guessing, but I believe this box is perhaps made to metric standards. None of the holes line up to standard US fittings. I was intending to use this for a Foscam camera which has standard US pre-drilled holes, which means it lines up with the screw holes in any standard box you can get at Ace, Home Depot or any other electrical or hardware store. I liked the kit, however, with the insulation and covers and it was large enough to fit my excess unused camera leads in it that I am currently not using, so I bought it. Unfortunately, nothing lines up with standard US electrical. Additionally, I noticed that the mounting screws included are different from the US standard. When I checked it out at the hardware store, they fit perfectly in the metric sizer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ So close to being perfect, but has major flaw if used with conduit. *by G***O on June 24, 2017* Overall, the junction box is a product I am happy to have purchased. It fits the base of any of my domes or bullet cameras. The all metal construction and casketing is nice. This is perfect if you are NOT going to run any conduit into the sides of this junction box.If you need to use one of the 3/4 inch threaded openings for attaching conduit, then be prepared for frustration. The threads are cut too shallow in this box. None of the 3/4 inch conduit connectors (metallic, non-metallic, or liquid tight) at the orange, hardware emporium will fit. The diameter of the openings are high and so is the thread pitch. They simply are cut too shallow to accept any standard connectors. I ended up "misusing" a 1/2 inch liquid tight fitting to make things work by using the connectors nut to clamp the connector in place.
