I bought this to use as a coffee grinder blade. It works perfectly. I use a mason jar and screw the lid on, the grind is perfect. The extra blades in this design help grind the coffee beans finer. It saved me from having to buy another machine that clutters my countertop. It also makes me happy not to have more plastic in my food. Glass and stainless steel is the only thing that contacts the coffee.

I bought an old blender at the ReStore (Habitat for Humanity) for $5. It ran, but the blades were old and dull, and the gasket was hard as a rock. This little kit worked fine to make it a useful machine again. Although a new one would be nice, too! lol Only negative is that I wish the blades were a bit larger so it had more actual shredding ability. But they're all made the same for this older style blender, so it is what it is. Good product, though.

It fit my blender just as good as the original ,worked fine.

I use my blender every day to crush ice. I started eating ice, a few yrs ago. So a broken blade was not good. I ordered a new one and am pleased it was a good fit.So I am ordering another just in case.

I added this blade to my Osterizer collection when the old blade seemed a bit dull. (Twenty years of use will do that.) This new blade is good for most purposes. Makes great smoothies in the traditional glass or plastic jars. It doesn't do so well in the plastic 20 oz "to go" cup. Also, it is a bit harder to clean than the traditional blade. But, overall, a good value.

These blades are so dull that the motor strained to move them through my normal smoothie mainstay: frozen banana chunks. The electric motor was working so hard after just a couple of minutes that it began to smell like hot metal. I had to stop to let the motor cool down so I wouldn't burn it out.I resumed blending after a 10-minute cool-down, but wasn't able to make a decent fruit smoothie. The frozen bananas in milk eventually smoothed out after an inordinately long time, but apple peels were mangled, rather than pureed, carrots were chunked, and the resulting drink would be more accurately described as a fruit lumpy. And the motor was working much too hard to move these blades through it.I consider these blades unusable, as the strain of moving such dull blades through anything is clearly going to put too great a strain on the motor & will destroy it long before its time. I tried to sharpen them with eggshells but that was a waste of time.This was my first stab at buying non-Oster blades for my Oster blender, and I won't make this mistake again. I thought the 6-bladed imitation part might blend better than the original 4-blade part from Oster, which I had to replace due to a leaky bearing, but I could have blended fruit chunks better with a hand-held grater.Yet another unhappy experience buying Chinese-made imitation parts on Amazon. Complete waste of money & a couple hours of my time.

Blade works as well as OEM blade, which wore out after 4 months of use. Hopefully this one will last longer. It does a great job of blending, especially when started on the lowest speed, then gradually moved to the fastest speed making frozen smoothies. Starting on the fastest setting will make the blade cavitate and not mix until you release the air pocket around the blade.
