Apple iMac 21.5 (Mid 2014) - Core i5 1.4GHz, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD (Renewed)

Fantastic - works straight out of the box with the keyboard and mouse provided. Not a blemish, very well packed. well worth the money

I ordered a 2013 model with 8 gb ram and received a late 2012 model with 12 gb ram. So all in all not exactly what i wanted but it’s close enough i guess.Well packaged so will arrive safe.The unit its self was in very good physical condition. No scratches or dents that i could find.Comes with included wireless mouse and keyboard but these were not apple products.Boots up nicely and the whole system was wiped so it is as though you are the first user.Comes requiring a software upgrade, not mandatory, but I think the last upgrade was 2014 so i got that sorted immediately.Looks great and does exactly what i wanted so happy with my purchase.

Dear Sir or Madam (IT Trade Services Ltd., 54 Conduit St, Unit 4, The Central Business Centre, LE2 0JN).I purchased the iMac from yourselves as my Mac book Pro logic board is U/S. I received the iMac price paid in full £499.00 from your Amazon account via DPD delivery.The iMac is in super condition and arrived a couple of days after the order and was well packed, thank you. However, a couple of issues.The first issue is: the iMac was advertised on your Amazon site stated a ‘Mid 2014’ model and is in fact a Late 2013 model, this is not acceptable !!!This iMac is older than the one you advertised. Your advert on Amazon clearly stated that the model was a '(Mid 2014)’ this is misleading information and in contravention to British Trading Standards Act as it is a 2013 model.I can also see that the memory is 1TB and not 500Gb, I am very happy with this free memory upgrade and the condition of the Mac is excellent as expected for the price paid of £499.00. (see attachments)The second issue is: that the keyboard/mouse is not original Apple keyboard as expected but a cheap reproduction, this keyboard is not compatible either as a number of the keyboard functions are not in tune with the iMac itself i.e the Ctrl, cmd, alt, and @ keys are not in the correct place for the iMac operation. The @ key is in fact the no. 2 key function, although the actual key symbol key is two keys to the right of the L key. This is very confusing when operating.From your picture in the advertisement I did expect a genuine apple keyboard and mouse. Your advertisement did not state that the keyboard and mouse was a none apple product again this was misleading.The hassle of adjusting this via sending the iMac back to yourself as and providing me with the newer model would be inconvenient to both you and myself, therefore a price compensation from yourself to address these two issues would be adequate.1)I second hand genuine good condition apple keyboard/mouse would cost me around £35.00 or if you have one in stock then I would be happy to accept a replacement apple keyboard I will then return the faux keyboard and mouse to yourselves once I have received a genuine Apple product.2)Additionally a price difference refund to compensate for the older model of 2013 that you sent me instead of the 2014 model purchased.Yours Sincerely,Advertised as (MID2014) .pngDeliverd imac (late 2013).pngScreenshot 2020-04-15 at 12.30.14.png

The Mac arrived packaged securely (was impressed how well it was packaged) . The set up was straight forward. Excited as this is my first Mac - a dream come true. Hoping to do a lot of graphic designing on it.Pros: 1. For £499 it was a good bargain (cant afford the pricey one)2. Recieved 1 TB storage and 16 GB Ram ( happy surprise) - it will help me with Adobe and other graphic softwares which hogs a lot of memory.3. Arrived in good condition ( considering its 2nd hand impressive)4. Old wired Apple keyboard and mouse ( sigh of relief it wasnt a cheap branded one, albeit wish it was the magic mouse and keyboard)Cons1. Late 2013 model and not 2014 as advertised - disappointed (soon I wont be able to upgrade to use adobe suite which is only compatible with latest Mac software)Also to note when I initially connected it, it made few electric sounds, which scared me. But after adjusting the power cable few times it got better ( fingers crossed it works good, will update after a few weeks,months)

I am very impressed with this mac.i had an 2008 mac so i upgrade to this model a lot faster speed The delivery came a day early which i was pleased about In really good conditioneasy to set up
