Ghosting issues
Had waited for this product for a long time. The build quality and writing experience is very good. However, there is ghosting.. dark shadows which appear from previous deleted / worked files (attaching pic). So I have to keep pressing the power button again and again to make them go away.Very disappointed. As for this price expected seamless working.The remarkable customer service has promised a swift replacement. So waiting for the same. Will update my review after using the replaced one.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Remarkable Paper Pro from Amazon, but the product experence is very poor and not as expected. There is excessive screen flickering and blinking during screen transitions, which causes serious eye discomfort. Unfortunately, there is no option for return or replacement, which is very disappointing.I request you to look into this issue and arrange a refund or return at the earliest.
