It seems to be a thing that you shouldn’t use the same kind of shampoo for more than a year to avoid product buildup (and for a variety of other reasons) although I guess that is arguable. I haven’t reached that point yet and this stuff still leaves my hair feeling clean and soft. One of my other shampoos for some reason leaves my hair feeling coarse, which it didn’t used to.
