This is so much more fun than using kegel weights! This device gives you immediate feedback on your efforts and your progress, and while the graphs are very helpful (work/rest and training) it's the games that keep me on task and motivated to keep going. The bulb is soft and fairly easy to clean, and has a sturdy feel to it. The hand-held sensor/controller device inflates the bulb and reacts to pressure quickly, so you can see your efforts on the screen right away. I found the instruction booklet to be helpful although the grammar and spelling could be improved (English only). The interface is good and has a lot of functions, and once you supply your own batteries it works very well with a clear display. If the idea of kegels feels boring, this is probably a good option for you!

i like this pelvic muscle trainer it is very easy to use and last a very long time its worth the money and helps you have a better bladder control and strong pelvic support and it also boost your immune system it comes in a nice box i definitely recommend this product .

This is a well-presented exerciser with an attachment that enables you to turn your exercises into a game. It takes some practice to work out, but it is very effective. It has a well-detailed set of instructions that give you specific ideas on how to use it and what to avoid when using it. It takes 3 AA batteries, which are not included.
