This is a great product with excellent sound quality! My only issue is I have small ears and couldn’t find a comfortable fit with either of the supplied ear pieces.

Works great but I wish it was a bit louder. I drive a cargo van and sometimes its hard to hear on the freeway.

Ok, it is inexpensive and I didn't really expect it to work that great, but it's just right. It comes with three different rubber ear mounts for the speaker to make it more comfortable. The Bluetooth hook up is so simple, range is well over 50 feet and it will reconnect automatically. The volume adjustment works great. It has numeric caller id that you don't have to program. The end call is a one button push and the last number called is a double push. The price is so much less than those bulky over the head models and it is much more user friendly. The only down side is there is no warning when the battery is low, but I charge it every other day and it does fine. I would definitely buy it again.

Sound quality excellent I can whisper and people still hear me, battery life good. Comfortable but after a few hours it wears on my ears.

Sound quality is excellent. Fits in the ear so comfortably that I forget it's there. Good range to too. I mainly use mine while driving, but find that I keep it on most of the day. I've tried 2 other Bluetooth of a different design - a wrap-around with retractable earbuds, and just a basic in the ear with no outer hardware for griping the ear. This one is by far the best one I've found. I wear glasses and have no problems with keeping the Bluetooth on my ear.

I have been looking for a headset that will give me quality sound. I am tired of people compaling that they can't hear me or I sound far away. This has great sound quality. My wife is really picky about this when she calls me I usually end up putting her on speaker. With this I can have the windows open in the car and she can still hear me really well. She said it sounds like my phone is at my ear instead of in the charging port.

Works ok if in a quiet area. But if there is a lot of background noise then it is bad. Picks up everything. I keep it for using in my home or car but when outside my VXi BlueParrott is much better cancelling noise.
