I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this Soufwell Double Mattress because it genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I can confidently say it’s the best mattress I’ve ever owned.Comfort & Support:The hybrid design with memory foam and zoned pocket springs strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support. It’s rated as medium firm, which is exactly what I was looking for – soft enough to feel cozy and luxurious, but firm enough to provide proper orthopedic support for my back and joints. I used to wake up with lower back pain on my old mattress, but since switching to this one, that discomfort has completely disappeared.Motion Isolation:This mattress really shines when it comes to motion isolation. I share the bed with my partner, and I can barely feel it when they move or get up in the night. The individually wrapped coils work incredibly well to minimize motion transfer, which has honestly improved the quality of my sleep.Temperature Regulation:I was also pleasantly surprised by how breathable the mattress feels. I tend to sleep hot, but the airflow through the pocket springs and the cooling effect of the top layer help regulate temperature really well. I no longer wake up feeling overheated and restless.Design & Build Quality:It came vacuum packed and rolled, which made delivery and setup super convenient. Once unwrapped, it expanded to full size within a few hours and looked very premium. The stitching and materials feel durable, and at 27cm thick, it has a real hotel-bed feel to it – plush but supportive.Size & Fit:I got the 135x190cm double size, and it fits my bed frame perfectly. It feels spacious and supportive from edge to edge, without any sagging or unevenness.Overall Verdict:This mattress is an absolute game-changer. For the price, the quality is unbelievable – it rivals mattresses that cost twice as much. I sleep better, wake up refreshed, and honestly look forward to bedtime now. Highly, highly recommend!

After suffering a lot with back and side pains I finally realised that it was due to feeling the springs in my old mattress. After weeks of searching and researching I ordered this one, normally I wouldn’t buy a mattress online. But after reading all the good reviews I decided to try it. I am so glad I did from night one the pains started to ease. I have had this mattress nearly 2 weeks now and I am sleeping really well and I am not in pain anymore. It’s also a great price and is deeper than my last one. It’s firm but soft and movement doesn’t effect other person.Also with free delivery with prime is amazing and the delivery guy helped me to take it upstairs. It is very heavy when in the box, however once out it is quite light.I was able to remove from the box on my own and slide onto an ottoman bed. It was difficult I would recommend 2 people for this but I was too impatient to wait.

For the past few years, I have been suffering with severe lower back pain. As a result, I currently attend physio-therapy sessions monthly. As a result, I have replaced my old office chair with an office mesh chair which has both lumbar and neck support to help minimise my lower back pain. Replacing my old mattress with this hybrid mattress was long overdue and so far, it has helped reduce the back pain significantly. The hybrid mattress definitely does a great job with supporting my back and hip regardless of whether I sleep on my back, front or side.The mattress was well-packaged and was delivered intact. I must admit that it was heavy and requires an extra pair of hands to help transfer it to the bedroom. Unboxing was effortless and easy after carefully cutting and removing the protective plastic covering with the cutting tool provided.From my personal experience, having used the mattress for the past few weeks, the top layer feels medium firm which works well for me; contributing to a soothing and comfortable rest and waking up feeling much better compared to when I was using the old mattress. The difference is noticeable and evident especially every morning when I wake up. The medium-firm orthopaedic support continues to have a positive impact on my lower back.My partner loves the strong edge sprung which provides edge support and prevents sagging. She hardly complains about disturbances during her sleep whenever I move my body. This new mattress is well-designed and well-built. The motion isolation feature indeed works. My old ordinary mattress was very noisy and often sinks in which did not help my condition.I am very pleased with this new mattress and it has exceeded my expectations. In addition, it has provided positive results. Both my partner and I will continue to enjoy it.

This matress comes rolled up in a tall slim box and weighs 31kg. It can easily be carried by a strong person. A small tool is provided to open the plastic wrapping which can be found in the plastic bag containing the matress care instructions.It was very easy to unpack. The matress springs out quickly once opened. It took a couple of hours to expand - doesn't need 24 hours.As for sleeping on it, it was perfect. I got it for my teenage daughter. She absolutely loves it and has a great sleep experience. The matress provides excellent support and doesn't make any noise when rolling around. It's much thicker than I expected (which is good) and the deep fitted sheets fit perfectly.It's priced really reasonably and well worth the money. I would even say that it's comparable to the other multi-layed matresses that are being sold at 3x price.
