So far so good. The only thing is the cool setting doesn’t turn on and I think it’s because it’s not hot enough yet. It hasn’t reached high temps yet to fully see how well it works. The standard shipping took less than 24 hours. The machine looks great, a little smaller than expected. Wasn’t to heavy and can be easily moved around. Installation was super easy. Happy with the purchase so far.UPDATE: Been almost a month using this unit for an apartment master bedroom. Have had no issues and it cools the room well. It is a bit noisy but having the room cool during hot weather makes it totally worth it. Happy with the unit and would recommend. When I read other reviews, seeing other units leak or are super loud, maybe they got bad ones or damaged in transit.

I finally found a working AC portable unit! It was a search that proved not to trust online reviews and searches such as "the best portable AC ". I've tried the best unit for 2024 - dual hose Wynther unit and was very dissapointed by the performance - even it is listed as 12000btu unit it had the power of a 5000btu. I then tried a Tenoxo 12000btu unit and was impressed by the cold air, nice design and very quiet, but first unit only worked for 5 minutes, returned and replaced, so second unit survived 2 hours, returned and replaced, so 3rd unit lasted 20 minutes! I couldn't believe my bad luck! I then ordered this AC unit and what a relief - it works!!!! It cools! And I do not care that is slightly more noisy than the others! IT WORKS!!! And it cooled my big, 2 car garage from 92 to 86F in about 2 hours. The garage is open all the way to the roof and there is no insulation, but on the garage door! I am impressed by the performance of this AC. I had to switch down the fan as the cold air coming to me from 15ft.away was too cold for me! I hope it keeps on running for years to come!

A/C works fine. It is quite loud and the fan is fierce. I wish I could lower the fan speed more.Using it in Louisiana summer because my wall unit went out and I'm waiting for central A/C to be installed.I would not use this as a permanent solution. The window kit does not close off as well as with a window unit. We have heavy thunderstorms here and it is hard to keep the rain out. The exhaust hose is more flexible and longer than an other portable A/C unit that I tried out which is good. Still, be aware that you need to keep this unit very close to the window.I have been using it in the Dry Mode only which keeps my room very cool. Do be mindful to empty the water tank every few days. I did not at first and thought I would get an error code if the tank was full. That never happened but the unit kept switching on and off and finally just shut down. Emptying the tank is a bit clumsy. The hose that came with it does not fit and the drain is all the way to the bottom. I put a thick towel under it and then open the drain. This works well, but again, not nice for a permanent solution.Price is good.

I bought this to add to my hurricane preparedness collection however 1 week after I bought it, my main AC broke, for 36 hrs. I placed this unit in our central main open space, plus the master bedroom and a guest room were left open, it was vented outside my sliding glass door, with two floor fans on low, knowing it was way too large of a space but having older rescue dogs, we did it anyway. We were able to maintain a comfy. temp of 78, I was amazed, dumfounded! It ended up running for almost 32 hrs, no problem. I was not expecting this to be such a good product and now that I can depend on it, I can worriless, it is nice to be able to trust as a solid back up option. I ran it for the whole 32 hrs, temp inside was maintained at a cool 78, with two fans to help circulation. It is not the quietest but not annoying. I woke up many times, during that first night to check the unit, thinking it was too good to be true, but it did not let me down. I keep it in my kitchen area, using the strong fan option on occasion, when I am cooking, baking or working on a project, and can flip it on AC if If I choose to. My wife and I love this unit. It is so much quieter than our old a/c and gets so much colder. The cool function works so well that we have to turn it down or off because it's too cold. The remote makes it so convenient, so we don't have to even get up to adjust it. Works amazingly well for appropriate room sizes. I would definitely buy another for another room. As long as it holds up to continued usage. I've been waiting for something to go wrong with it but keep getting surprised by it's usefulness.

Nice design easy to set up, we bought to use in our 1 car garage & it keeps our uninsulated garage a comfy 77° all summer! It's not a tiny unit it has some size to it but we like how hard the fan blows. The drain in the back is easy we are using a small ice chest to collect thecondensation. It's a little loud on high but we don't mind. We have not received a light bill yet so we can't speak to energy efficiency. Don't hesitate this is a great unit. We are in Southern Missouri and it's been hot and humid and this unit has not let us down! Also the filter is so easy to remove and hose off!
