Love this AC Unit. Definitely recommend having this. We live in an upstairs apartment im pretty sure the AC is old and needs to be renewed but owner could care less. The summer time my apartment would not stay cool at all with the apartment AC we would be cooking in our place and our Pg&e bill was through the roof. Which is crazy since we arent fresh in our apartment! i have kids so chose to buy this as a last resort. Let me tell you this is a game changer! Keeps my whole living room fresh to the point we can be comfy and not complain about the heat or sweating. I switched it to our bedroom to try it out there and works even better keeps is ice cold. I was worried about my electric bill with this but my bill was only $200 compared to the $800 from the apartment AC!!! This is with it running pretty kuch all day especially the hot summer days. Would definitely recommend would buy again.

So far so good. The only thing is the cool setting doesn’t turn on and I think it’s because it’s not hot enough yet. It hasn’t reached high temps yet to fully see how well it works. The standard shipping took less than 24 hours. The machine looks great, a little smaller than expected. Wasn’t to heavy and can be easily moved around. Installation was super easy. Happy with the purchase so far. UPDATE: Been almost a month using this unit for an apartment master bedroom. Have had no issues and it cools the room well. It is a bit noisy but having the room cool during hot weather makes it totally worth it. Happy with the unit and would recommend. When I read other reviews, seeing other units leak or are super loud, maybe they got bad ones or damaged in transit.

I couldn’t find any reviews comparing this air conditioner to a window unit. I’d like to share that I’ve only had my unit for a little over a weeks now but so far I really like it. At my apartment complex, they do not allow window units without a special permission and I didn’t want to go through that trouble so I went ahead and purchased this portable unit, that didn’t take any altering to my window aside from the panel to vent air. This portable unit is just almost just as cold as the kind that sit on the window sill. I was worried that it wouldn’t be the same type of cold but it’s very comparable!!!! I’m so happy it takes about 30 mins the first time you turn it on to completely get cold and work full capacity but after that it’s cold as soon as you turn it on. The remote is very convenient. It was very easy to install. It took me about 20 minutes. the window attachment for the vent has a clip which allows it to hold in place once you adjust to the size/length you need. This made installation so fast and easy. NO TOOLS REQUIRED!!! I will say it is quite noisey compared to other units I’ve used in the past. It can be a bit annoying in times when you prefer no noise. I’ve caught myself a few times needing to shut off the unit because I get annoyed by the noise which is one of the downsides. I just moved to an upstairs room and it gets soooo hot now so I bought this. i need to make sure my dog is ok when I leave for work. This does the job and keeps my room chilly. It’s soooo worth it and the wheels make it easy to move around and it looks of quality. I’ll say it again, this unit is pretty much just as good as the window units. It gets CHILLY 🥶❄️ try it!!

Purchased the original and received on July 5th. Compressor would only run for 2 or 3 minutes before turning off and blowing room temperature air. Setting was at 72° room was over 80°. Asked for replacement which I received on July 11th. Let it sit for 24hrs in the vertical position as it said to do on box both times. The replacement did the exact same thing as the original. Neither pushed cool air for more than 5 minutes before the compressor shut off. Both were set up and vented outside as they were supposed to be. I have another brand I run in my garage and it has worked flawlessly for over a year now, but these pieces of crap need to be put back on a cargo ship and sent back to wherever they came from. Now here is where things go south with Amazon. I contacted them and let them know the replacement they sent was not working as well and that I prefer to just be refunded on my Amazon gift balance to purchase a different brand, preferably the one I bought from them last year. I was informed by Amazon customer service that the refund would not be credited to my account until both were delivered back to Amazon. So 4 to 5 days for return shipping, then another 2 to 3 days for credit to be applied, then another 4-5 days for a replacement to arrive to me. So now I'm stuck waiting 3 days for the first one to arrive and not work, another 3 days for the replacement to arrive, then 4 days for them to receive the returns, 2 days for the credit to be applied, then another 4 days to get a replacement. So I'm out now $300 for something I paid for that Amazon sold me and maybe 3 weeks later I may get something that works. After over a decade of being a prime customer I would have thought Amazon would've treated loyal customers better than this. I think this may be the end of my Amazon account as several other online retailers are offering same shipping times and products with more care to customers. Why pay for a service that cares absolutely nothing about the products they sell or customer base they have. Once again save your money, buy a different brand and stay as far away from this piece of garbage as you can or your waiting your money and don't expect Amazon to help you in any way.

works pretty good, very quiet. im in a small bedroom, with a sun setting facing window, with no outside shutter, so it gets like a greenhouse in here, but this keeps it nice and comfy till I get the window fixed. simple to use, cooling ability is just right for a small bedroom.

I bought this to add to my hurricane preparedness collection however 1 week after I bought it, my main AC broke, for 36 hrs. I placed this unit in our central main open space, plus the master bedroom and a guest room were left open, it was vented outside my sliding glass door, with two floor fans on low, knowing it was way too large of a space but having older rescue dogs, we did it anyway. We were able to maintain a comfy. temp of 78, I was amazed, dumfounded! It ended up running for almost 32 hrs, no problem. I was not expecting this to be such a good product and now that I can depend on it, I can worriless, it is nice to be able to trust as a solid back up option. I ran it for the whole 32 hrs, temp inside was maintained at a cool 78, with two fans to help circulation. It is not the quietest but not annoying. I woke up many times, during that first night to check the unit, thinking it was too good to be true, but it did not let me down. I keep it in my kitchen area, using the strong fan option on occasion, when I am cooking, baking or working on a project, and can flip it on AC if If I choose to. If you are looking for great interior AC for a good price, you can depend on this is it. Nice design easy to set up, we bought to use in our 1 car garage & it keeps our uninsulated garage a comfy 77° all summer! It's not a tiny unit it has some size to it but we like how hard the fan blows. The drain in the back is easy we are using a small ice chest to collect the condensation. It's a little loud on high but we don't mind. We have not received a light bill yet so we can't speak to energy efficiency. Don't hesitate this is a great unit. We are in Southern Missouri and it's been hot and humid and this unit has not let us down! Also the filter is so easy to remove and hose off!

So the AC itself works ok. Easy set up if you know the dimensions of the window area you are going to set it up to. A bit of a tip for this AC is to put it a bit higher than just on the floor so the draining system on the back part can fully work. This order was delayed during shipment and the box it was shipped on looked like it was beaten up and had a sizable puncture hole when you can see the AC through. This shipment was also missing the remote control and the owner’s manual. I have reached out to the manufacturer 3+ times leaving order info and what the situation was. I have yet to get even an acknowledgment that they received my message or an explanation and resolution to the problem. At this point I really needed to keep the AC because of a variable of reasons ie. funding, current hot weather and re-order time. It wasn’t the product it self that led me to give them a low rating; but the lack of response and resolution from the manufacturer. So take this with some consideration to really compare with other portable AC out there.
