Wilson Pro Staff RF 97 V13 Federer Autograph Tennis Racquet - Quality String

I’ve had almost every pro staff. This is by far the best racquet I’ve ever owned. I’m a big top spin player and this is mind blowing

It’s a very high quality racquet. It’s heavy racquet but it helps with control.

This is a classic frame one of the greatest rackets ever made but I wish they would just sell it without stringing it. I gave it only four stars because the strings are not to good and they practically strung it backwards. This racket should be strung as a two piece four knot and they strung it one piece two knots. As soon as I unboxed it I looked at how it was strung and immediately cut the strings to relieve the excess tension on the lower part of the frame.

The racket is what I expected I actually happy it came with strings. However I was expecting a cheap carrier case for it. Usually all the racket I bought before came with one but I’m ok it.

I played tennis in college, but that was over 10 years ago. I just started getting back into it; practicing my serve and playing with a neighbor. I originally order a standard racket (10.6) but I wanted this racket because of the sleek black design. I was worried reading some of the reviews because they stressed how much heavier this racket was (12.5) compared to others. Many stated this was not a beginners racket.After receiving it, I’m happy to say, the weight is not that noticeable to me. My arm was a bit sore in comparison but I’m sure after I acclimate to it, that should cease. The extra weight definitely curbs some of my excessive power and helps with overall control. It’s also slightly smaller too.I love this racket!

Great racquet, however the balance is shifted further to the head and not the grip compared to the v11. Doesn't feel as good as the v11 but still a great racquet.

For good players, that hit clean. If you shank it, the ball ends up in the next county due to the square frame. Hit clean and it crushes. Heavier, stouter, a beast of a raquet.
