It works exactly as I’d hoped. I feel like a new man every time i use it, which is daily at this point. I feel so relaxed and the knots in my upper and middle back have all but disappeared. If you struggle with tight muscles and back pain, this is for you. I put it on my recliner and in my office chair both and just let it run. I do cycle it through 2 or 3 times, as the timer shuts if off. The kneading action of it is just right and the heat is a nice touch. As i say, it hurts so good.

Use it every day! Perfect pressure to relieve sore muscles and tension.

Pretty good massage pad. Gets pretty deep and works well. Does not heat, or at least mine does not.

I call him Fred. Fred is my new best friend. I LOVE this Shiatzu Massage pad. I probably use it too much. The first couple of days I didn't want to leave my house, and I believe I gave myself bruises on my back because I used it too many times. It is a good idea to use it only a few times a day at most. But even when you over use, one can control it by how hard one leans into it in certain points of the back. Honestly, I do love this. I paid less than I would have for one human massage (which I also highly recommend, but . . .). So if I wear it out too quickly, I'll just replace it. Fred is my new best friend!

This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased in my entire life. What I received was nothing but trash. The massage roller was missing the fabric that should normally cover it, leaving the internal parts completely exposed. It was covered in an unbelievable amount of dust, and there were stains all over it. Although it was sold as an “open box” item, it was in no condition to be considered a legitimate product. It looked like something that had been picked out of a dumpster and thrown into a box for sale. This seller is undoubtedly a scam, and I strongly urge other consumers to be cautious.

I received a returned product. It should not have been labeled new if this was a return.
