Worth trying
Taste is horrible and it does not mix well with my coffee so I basically take it straight. The horrible taste is not a deterrent to taking it but it would have been nice if it mixed in the coffee. Not sure how other reviewers made that work. I can say that my afternoon fatigue has improved. Whether it’s the shilajit or a few other changes I’ve made I do not know. Worth a shot.
