Review: Great Taste and Protein Boost, Just Hard to Mix - Solid option to keep around easy to fit into a quick meal or short break especially during a long shift. The extra 10g of protein helps without needing another shake or bar. Flavor is actually really good in both the chicken and beef versions which surprised me. Especially nice when it’s cold out or if I’m starting to feel a little run down. Only downside is how it mixes. No matter how much I stir or shake, there are usually small chunks left and it takes some effort to get it close to smooth. Overall still worth it for convenience, taste, and protein. Just wish it mixed a bit better.

Love the taste. It does need to be stirred to keep it from settling but I love this brand and the packaging. Solid option to keep around easy to fit into a quick meal or short break especially during a long shift. The extra 10g of protein helps without needing another shake or bar. Flavor is actually really good in both the chicken and beef versions which surprised me. Especially nice when it’s cold out or if I’m starting to feel a little run down. Only downside is how it mixes. No matter how much I stir or shake, there are usually small chunks left and it takes some effort to get it close to smooth. Overall still worth it for convenience, taste, and protein. Just wish it mixed a bit better.

If you grew up drinking saimin broth and want to feel like you're doing something good for your body at the same time, this is it. The flavor is spot on — warm, savory, genuinely comforting — and at 10g protein and 5g collagen per packet it pulls double duty as a light meal replacement. Easy to drink, easy to make, with one asterisk: it does not dissolve gracefully. You will be smashing clumps against the side of your cup like it owes you money. Make peace with that step and the rest is smooth sailing. As for the collagen benefits — jury's still out on my end, but I'm drinking it anyway because it tastes too good to stop. Five stars for flavor and convenience, one unsolicited arm workout included.
