Love all of the ingredients
I am 6 months pregnant now and have taken this prenatal since before I got pregnant. My baby is very healthy so far and I have not had any complications. This prenatal has everything I need, but I do take it with Omega 3s. I do think it’s pricey but worth it to make sure my baby is getting everything they need. The pill doesn’t have the best smell but I just take it quickly and it goes down easily. During the first trimester I did have to take it with food or else I’d get nauseas. Overall, this prenatal has worked great for me so far.

Gives you the most restful sleep
I am not pregnant yet but planning to be in the near future and I’ve gone through one bottle so far. It does have an odd scent but it goes down easy and I take it at night before bed. Ever since I started taking these I’ve had the most restful sleep at night, my sleep score is consistently high even the days I don’t sleep 8 hours. I feel a lot more energetic and no more grogginess since making this part of my routine. I’ve also noticed a lot of new tiny baby hairs on my head, and my nails are stronger. I highly recommend these.

Great supplement
I do find that these have a bit of a smell and a flavour even when swallowing them with a lot of water. Makes it sort of hard in first trimester, but otherwise I think they are great.

HORRIBLE SMELL AND NAUSEA INDUCING
The worst experience with this product , is I can give 0 starts I will do it , the taste is horrible and definitely make me so sick after drinking this powder with my shake , will induce to vomiting, I’m currently pregnant with out morning sickness and this product will make my day the worst day ever, make me go straight to the toilet to throwing up . I don’t really recommend it ,is so expensive and is a really bad product and they expend so much money in marketing this and is so bad and will make you so sick after drinking it

Best prenatal
I am now going on the 2nd pregnancy and these are amazing. I am very picky about ingredients and these are so clean and actually work!

Disappointed
I really like the ingredients in these and was excited to try! First, these prenatals smell so bad! They also made my forehead break out. I stopped taking and it cleared up, then I tried again and my forehead started breaking out again. I was just pushing through and trying to finish the container since they are on the more expensive side but the forehead break outs are ruining my confidence. Besides the acne, no other side effects. Really disappointed because I wanted to like it.

Great NO IRON prenatal, tastes good, just a lot of pills a day
I'm 22 weeks along, first pregnancy, and I found out very quickly that it is crucial for me to use a prenatal WITHOUT iron in it, as iron gives me severe GI problems. Unfortunately, there are barely any prenatal vitamins on the market without iron that *also* have high amounts of vitamins in them! I was using Mama Bird Prenatal Multi+ in my first trimester, but they ran out of stock and weren't going to restock for 2 months, so I had to look elsewhere. I found Needed from ChatGPT and I'm going to stick with this! It has very high vitamin content, doesn't make my stomach upset, and it smells and tastes like citrus/orange oil, which is really pleasant! It goes down really easy. I have no idea why people are upset about the scent and taste, it's perfectly fine. The only annoying thing is the dose is 3 pills per day, so the jar only lasts 1 month. TBH I didn't realize it was 3 pills at first and only took one per day for a while, oops, but baby is fine. As long as it stays under $45 I'm fine with the price. Good product!29 WEEK UPDATE: I’ve reduced a star as I’ve been having vasovagal episodes from GI issues, and I think this prenatal played a bit of a role. It has aggressive levels of B vitamins, zinc, and magnesium, so it may have been too many stimulating for my gut. You could probably take less than 3 pills a day to reduce this, but I believe I’ll be switching back to Mama Bird.

GREAT PRENATAL
I’ve tried several prenatal vitamins throughout my pregnancy journey, but Needed Prenatal Vitamins have been by far the most complete and thoughtfully formulated option I’ve found. From the start, I was impressed by the transparency of the ingredients and the emphasis on quality and bioavailability. The comprehensive formulation really stands out covering not just the basics like folate, iron, and DHA, but also often-overlooked essentials like choline, magnesium, and trace minerals that are crucial for both baby’s development and mom’s well-being. I also appreciate that there’s no unnecessary fillers or synthetic dyes, which can be a concern with other brands. What really won me over was how gentle these were on my stomach. No nausea, no weird aftertaste, just clean, effective nutrition I could actually feel good about taking every day. Their packaging is clean and eco-friendly too, which is a nice bonus! If you’re looking for a science-backed, complete, and high-quality prenatal vitamin, I honestly can’t recommend Needed enough. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was truly supporting my baby and myself the best way possible.
