## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this also work for drysuits??**
A: For use on Neoprene only.

**Q: Does it stay flexible after curing?**
A: Neoprene cement would not be much good if it wasn't flexible. I have used this to repair the base if my TYR Tri bag and it has been great. I have also used it to repair tears in wetsuits.

**Q: Would this be good for glueing velcro to neoprene?**
A: This is a superbond neoprene cement for repairing wetsuits with holes, etc. However, you could technically glue velcro to neoprene as it's a neoprene cement. Don't see why you couldn't. Aquaseal is another good glue for gluing velcro to neoprene. I think you'll be good with either or! :)

**Q: i need a sds sheet for this product. can you point me to it?**
A: Please email info@oneillwetsuits.com for this request.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked great on slice in smooth chest/back area of wetsuit
*by C***H on February 19, 2021*

Had a couple of small slices in the chest and back of my winter suit which is smooth in those areas. followed directions of applying to each edge, the suit then naturally pushed those together. Waited 5 mins then put a coat over the top and after another 10 mins appears to be good as new and flexible. I also tried to use on the a couple of the round tabs that are glued on the inside of my suit where seems are joined. Most of them seemed to take ok but not as good as the outside and I don't think this is what it was made for. One recommendation I have is to open with plumbers plyers trying not to damage the top so that you can reseal. Also, don't use the applicator that is attached to the lid. That will make a mess and spread the glue all over the rim and outer threads. Instead, buy some cheap paint brushes and dip in. Try to keep the lid and out lip clean so that you can close it and reopen it for future use.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tried and True
*by S***R on August 4, 2023*

This is the only wetsuit repair glue I've used for over 40 years. It's quick and easy to use; lasts forever. It's tried and true..... accept no substitute.

### ⭐ Pretty useless. Waste of money unless it's for your booties.
*by B***S on February 28, 2022*

I was a 30 year customer of O'Neill wetsuits and I used them throughout the seasons, year in and year out. I always have a couple rashies and boardshorts, a short sleeve 2 mm full, a couple of 3/2s for the winter and a 4 mm for trips north or the coldest days. Usually a hood or two and always at least one pair of booties. Even when I tried another brand (rarely), most of my wetsuit "quiver" was O'Neill. Over the years, though, the quality just got worse and worse and the prices more and more. I kept using them because they had an exceptional return and repair policy, but after COVID, they discontinued it. Tried twice with nearly new wetsuits that had failed in bi-daily use. I hoped they would at least provide a decent wetsuit repair product, but this stuff is awful. Put it inside your wetsuit and you will be bleeding from wetsuit rash. Use it on the outside and it will crack on the first use. Looks to me like the O'Neill brand will soon follow its legendary founder, Jack, into the grave. What a shame. I'll never buy another O'Neill product if I can possibly avoid it. There are some really solid up and coming wetsuit brands built by guys who used to work at the big brands but got fed up with producing a crappy product for too much money to support marketing overhead.
