The world of David Walliams
I loved the books especially on my kindle paper white because it was all in there and sometimes if I see the length of the book then I don't want to read it but the book I read was rat burger and I loved it so much I finished it in 3 days and right now I am reading Gangsta Granny and that was the first David Walliams book that I ever read. I went to the library looking for some inspiration and I found that and I read the blurb and got really intreged into the book and I finshed it over the weekend because I loved it so much. I hope everybody who brought these books think That it is an amazing deal and are truly the best books in the world.

So far so good
Have only read "The boy in the dress" so far but my 5 and 7 year olds loved it - of course they don't know anything about cross- dressing but take it at face value as a heartwarming story about a boy who dared to be a bit different. It is funny and sad in places, dealing with some issues that wouldn't often come up in everyday conversation together with more common ones such as family breakups. The common factor is the gentle humor and sensitivity with which these subjects are approached. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the set as much as they are to hearing them.

... the end of this box set and has seriously enjoyed every single book
My eight year old daughter is coming to the end of this box set and has seriously enjoyed every single book. She has popped her light back on to read more after bed time and she's been so engaged with the stories. Her favourite is 'Gangsta Granny'. They are also part of the accelerated reader program at school so she's been able to do the quizzes at school after reading them.

Great collection
I've only read one book so far but the stories are great. The collection is very nice to have and was a great price.

Anything that gets kids reading with this level of enthusiasm is a good buy!
My nine-year-old was hooked from the first couple of pages of Mr Stink, finding it hilarious and entertaining. He took it to bed with him to continue reading. I turned out his light about 9 p.m. When he arrived at my bedroom door a couple of hours later, I expected it to be with a complaint that he couldn't sleep - but no, he was there to tell me, happily and excitedly, that he'd finished the book. He's reading Millionaire Boy today and says it's just as good as Mr Stink. He likes these because, he says, they're "funny...strange...very unusual..."Six-year-old has now also started to work his way through the box too.

A really funny and colourful read
A really funny and colourful read, reminds me of the old Roald Dahl books. Its lovely to be able to read something that is warm and heartfelt. Was recommend by a friend seeing as all the 'adult' books were a bit old and tiresome. These stories are a joy to read and have some great characters and events.

Brilliant!
Got this on a great deal and my kids love it! They've read all these books before from the library but have happily been reading them again and again. Brilliant that I can put them in more than one device meaning no pestering someone to finish a book because you want to read it! Shame Awful Auntie wasn't included but still a great buy.
