I originally picked it up for tires, but ended up using it on the black metal surfaces of my garage lights as well, and the results were impressive. On tires, it gives a deep, rich black finish that looks clean and refined—not overly glossy or greasy. More importantly, it actually lasts. Unlike traditional tire shines that fade quickly or sling all over your paint, this stays put and holds its appearance for an extended period. Where it really surprised me was on other surfaces. I applied it to dull black metal on my garage lights, and it brought them back to a deep, restored black that looks almost new. **I Would Give It Six Stars If I Could** The CERAKOTE Rapid Ceramic Tire Coat is one of the best tire-shine products I have used. It gave my tires a rich, deep black finish that looked clean and professionally detailed without appearing overly greasy. Application was quick and easy, and the coating spread evenly across the tire. The finished appearance made the entire vehicle look more polished and well maintained. What impressed me most was how well the shine held up compared with ordinary tire dressings. The tires continued to look dark and refreshed instead of quickly fading after the first drive. This product delivered excellent results and exceeded my expectations. I would give it six stars if Amazon allowed it.

This is hands down the easiest and best tire dressing for shiny tires that you can buy. I have tried tons of different tire dressings and have so much car detailing and washing items. You name it, I got it. I like having my car look good and clean, and I've always enjoyed the shiny tire "wet" look. Previously I've always thought the purple maguires tire dressing (purple in color, thick, lasts a LONG time as does the bottle) was the best. While it still is absolutely awesome and I still have a bottle, in terms of how quickly you can apply and how messy you get doing so, cerakote is Amazing. First off, it comes with its own foam applicator. I had to buy some for the "purp stuff" which is okay, but the applicator for those is really, really messy since that stuff is thick and super greasy. So you need a bag and Id often use like nitrile gloves to apply it. It's also hard to get out of clothes or towels and just messy. Cerakote is a spray, and sprays like armor all would. But it is absolutely amazing. Spray some on the applicator, wipe, repeat. The applicator isn't super greasy once your done, and I just wrapped it in a thick paper blue towel and shoved it back in the box. The bottle doesn't last as long as the purple stuff, so if you're looking for absolute value it's got us there. But if you're using stuff like this on your vehicle, price isn't really what you're here for. You're here for performance. It easily lasts a few weeks, but as with any tire dressing once it rains it's gonna come off. Also, right after a car wash and dry, I applied to my tires and left pretty much right away. Most tire dressing you need to let it sit or it'll fling all over your car. Didn't happen here, and I'm guessing that's because of the applicator and cerakote itself. It doesn't need a ton of it. I'm on my second bottle this year, and the first one I bought in Feb. Second one I purchased a few weeks ago. Final thought, this and the purple stuff are the top two tire dressings Ive used. McGuires also has a spray on foam dressing that cleans and shines that's pretty good, but you gotta really clean up your rims after. Those are the top 3 dressings imho, with this being #1. And it comes with an applicator. Can't go wrong here if your looking for easily applied, wet tire shine non fling long lasting tire dressing.

This product delivers an outstanding finish right after application. My tires looked deep black with a clean, showroom-quality shine definitely one of the best visual results I’ve seen from a tire coating. I was also impressed that the coating held up well under rain while the vehicle was parked. Even after getting wet, the tires maintained that rich, freshly dressed look, which speaks well about its initial bonding. However, the performance changed once I started driving. During my first drive in light rain, the effect noticeably faded, and much of that deep finish was lost. After that, the tires looked closer to their natural state rather than maintaining the coated appearance. Overall, it’s a great product in terms of immediate results and appearance, but its durability under real driving conditions, especially in wet weather, could be improved.

This stuff works really well and leaves an awesome looking finish once it dries! I really dislike the tire shine you see dealerships slather the tires in. Those ones spray onto your fenders and leave the car dirty after you just washed it. This stuff doesn’t do that at all. The sponge in comes with works great for applying the product. I have 0 complaints with this stuff and will definitely buy it again in the future.

I love this stuff! I have been asked several times how I get my tires looking so great. It's easy and quick to apply and it lasts until you drive through the rain. We didn't have rain for about 2 weeks and my tires stayed shiny the whole time even driving 60 miles a day. The reason I'm doing this review was that I was looking for the exact item I purchased because I'm going to purchase it again and realized I hadn't done a review. Definitely the best stuff I've run across.

I just applied this product for the first time. I have to say it gets 5 stars on just how easy it is to apply. I have no idea how long it will last and honestly don't care. It's a nice matte finish that won't sling. I barely used any product on an F150's tires. Price, minimal amount of product needed, ease of application, no sling are enough to get a 5 star already.

Before applying, I thoroughly cleaned and dried the tires to remove any old dressing and residue. I then applied a single, even coat of the tire coating and let it sit for at least 2 hours to fully cure, as recommended. After curing, the tires had a deep, rich satin finish that looks clean and professional, not greasy or overly shiny. The coating applied easily and evenly, with no sling once cured. So far, the tires look great and feel well protected. Durability will be the real test, so we will see how long it lasts over time, but first impressions are very positive. Based on ease of application and appearance alone, this product delivers exactly what it promises. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a ceramic-style tire coating with a clean, high-end finish.

Wow a tyre coating that lasts more than a few days and comes with a an applicator to put it on. I put it on my C3 aircross over 2+wks ago and they still have the deep shine. Thanks Cerakote for a product that is easy to apply and lasts for a good price,this is my now go to tyre product.
