I knew I needed to detox heavy metals from my body. Heavy metals are in our food, water and even the air we breathe. I believe this is working because I have felt a stinging feeling like a small sliver of metal in my big toe. I couldn't see any thing, but it persisted when I was walking barefoot around the house. It went away and a few days later i felt the same sensation in my other big toe. Guess the metal has to come out somewhere. since then I have started doing foot soaks with epson salts and apple cider vinegar to draw out any metal coming through the skin of my feet.

I have been taking two weeks to help cleanse metals out before trying a parasite cleanse. I have not noticed any change, but also no side effects. I just want to get what is not supposed to be in my body out! I will continue and if there are any changes, I will update.

I have tried a few different zeolite liquid supplements now. The first thing I want to let you know is that you always want to shake the bottle first. Zeolite is a powder and ALL OF THESE liquid zeolite supplements are powdery. They just are. So the texture is always a little bit like powder in liquid. The flavor is just fine. I do not crave eating it like some of the gummies, but it is pleasant and easy to take. The thing that makes me like this one better than others is that is has added D, B12, and D. Actually, I do not really care that they add those things, but I have noticed a lot of zeolite supplements do add additional nutrients. The issue is sometimes they add vitamin B and it is NOT methylated. So as someone with the MTHFR gene mutation, this is a big minus to me. So, I am happy to report that this one DOES contain a methylated version of B12. The seller is also an American company. So I really appreciate that too.

Does it's job

Absolutely no results. Ive been taking it for 3 weeks now- first thing in the morning in an empty stomach. Nothing. I will be trying a different brand in a powder form next time.
