Bad seeds
Iām an experienced gardener and 40 of these seeds did not germinate when every other seed I planted did in the same conditions.

Updated, Seller is great
Update: Seller reached out to me and offered to send a replacement and provided advice. The seeds need to go through stratification. So if they are not planted during cold weather. Place the seeds in plastic bag with paper towel to simulate the cold before planting, This will help the seeds to germinate. Old Review: Perhaps you need to do a seed sprout indoors before planting. These seeds never germinated. They were fertilized and we had a ton of rain. Nothing grew.

Very low percent germination
Bought these for use in home garden. Unfortunately the seeds exhibited very low percent germination (i.e. the vast majority not germinating at all).

Premium English Lavender Seeds | 1300 Non-GMO Herb Seeds
I've wanted to grow lavender for a while but I know it can be difficult compared to other related plants. I planted a few seeds into my hydroponic grow system just over a week ago and am waiting patiently. I love that they provide a multitude of seeds and the packet has instructions on how and when to grow these depending on where you're located or if they're inside or outside. The seeds look like they are not too dry. I will update with pictures when they grow and bloom.

Takes a while to germinate
Update - All but one of the pods have now gotten little sprouts. The original 2 are growing very quickly. I cannot wait to see them once they are ready to be transplanted. Very excited!Original review - I took a shortcut and added these English lavender seeds to my 6 pod hydroponic machine. I added several seeds to each pod with quite a bit of seeds leftover. I stored the leftover seeds in my seed storage case in an airtight container. It took 11 days to see any growth (photo 1). Today is 13 days and there has been more growth in the last 2 days than I thought there would be (see photos 2 and 3).Not all of the seeds have sprouted though. Out of 6 pods, only 2 have sprouts. It's still more than I originally expected to get though. Once they are big enough I plan on transporting them to planters until they are big enough to plant outside.I love lavender and I'm really hoping these continue to grow and flourish. If nothing comes of the 4 pods that haven't done anything yet, then I'll try again with more seeds. Keeping my fingers crossed. As a side note, my hydroponic keeps track of the days the seeds have been growing and shows it on the digital display. Hence the reason I knew exactly how much time had passed.
