The remote even counts down the time, so you don't need to always be looking at the clock.The mask itself is a very light weight soft and breathable silicone. It is extremely comfortable to wear and fits perfectly over your ears and comes with an adjustable velcro strap. This mask fits perfectly and the eye cut outs are very secure and my eyes feel very protected. This makes takes no effort to use. My skin adjusted with no issues. I bought this mask to help me with skin dullness and black spots. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now, and though I know it will take a few months to see improvement on my black spots, I can already see that my skin is starting to look brighter and glowing. I have a different mask as well, but the eye cushions and head straps on this one make it a lot more comfortable.
