15 months duration as a home alarm backup
This battery worked fine for 17 months. In this 17th month, the battery will no longer accept a charge. During the 17 months of ownership, the alarm panel used the battery perhaps five times with each event lasting five minutes or less. My previous battery, provided by the alarm manufacturer, lasted 10 years. I was expecting five years of service from this battery, thus my rating of two stars.
