Cento - Lupini Beans, (2)- 16 Ounce Jars

This is a good company as the beans are good quality with a good texture and taste. We eat those as a snack in Spain though they aren't called Lupini beans there but I loved getting these as a kid there so I enjoyed getting this from this company.

I learned about these lupini beans from a youtube video. Really high in protein, low in fat, high in arginine and stuff that increases testosterone. Have really enjoyed the beans. Bought some dried ones too, going to give making them a try. But the canned beans will get me through the week it takes to make them.

Love these lupini beans. Last shipment I received jars that were not sealed, but I believe the driver must have dropped the box, which damaged some of the jars. I immediately contacted the company and they worked with me to replace the product. Will continue to purchase these beans.

These are amazing! First, the jars were well-packed and arrived intact. Second, the beans are in a brine. A brine is going to be salty. But it's not too salty at all! It's delicious! I ate them right out the jar. Third, 10/10 as a high protein, high fiber snack. Esp if you're vegan, this is for you! Fourth, the price was reasonable given how hard these are to find and the process of preparing them.

I didn’t know what these were… thought I could just add them as is to a soup. But nope. Each bean needs to be skinned and then eaten as a snack. Live and learn!
