I purchased this portable jump starter to replace one I was given as a gift. In short, the alligator clamps just simply fell apart from the pivot point--I was not impressed.I came across this product and it looked solid. I am very impressed with this Asperx AX3500.Everything looks "First Class". From the cellophane wrapped box--which is a sturdy box. Inside the box, the battery was wrapped in a slip cover, plus the display has a screen protector for in-transit protection. There is a slip/dust cover to keep the battery in to protect it, user manual, a cigarette lighter plug with 2- USB charging ports, 2- charging cables--1 a USB-C on both ends and the other a USB-A to USB-C, both are generous in length (as some included cables are somewhere around 4 - 5 inches)., an adapter to connect a cigarette lighter plug then plug into the battery, the alligator clamps are hefty and feel very sturdy in comparison to the smaller type clamps. Plus, these clamps feel better in my hand than the smaller ones.The battery arrived with 74% charge--and instructions recommend to fully charge before use.I can't forget to mention the light, which is bright enough to see what your working on---plus the light has a flash mode and SOS mode and the large display for battery life and other indicators.All in all---I highly recommend this portable jump starter.

I bought this for emergencies in car, and it works great, I have a mini van that If I drain battery and gave to start van, I hooked this up it is so light and boom van started.....not unlike those big battery jumpers of old times (the 2000s lol) but unlike the big bulky ones, this also doubles as a power bank.. I had to use it last week as I left light on and battery would not turn over....so i hooked up cables and hit boost button and started my van .....whats nice is it recharges with usb-c so it is a breeze to recharge.... all in all a great buy for $69.99...

Every car should have this battery charger in the trunk for safety purposes. Women especially will appreciate how easy it is to use and not having to call anyone if your car will not start because your battery fails. It’s small enough to fit in a midsized purse or tote bag too. Just attach the ends of charger to proper probes on battery, press button on charger, then start car- best sound ever! I left car lights on by mistake last summer at a tennis match. As others were about to drive their cars over to help me in parking lot, I took charger out of trunk, hooked it up, then tapped the gas petal a couple of times, then started the car. The men and women were asking to see what started the car, where I purchased it and how much it was. I filled them in as they all replied they would visit Amazon to get one or more for themselves and family members.
