Easy setup and works great! Just remember to use an adapter with the correct voltage. I didn't at first and the unit didn't work. Also, be aware that this is not a cordless unit with a rechargeable battery. It has to be plugged in all the time. The photos with the item listing don't show this. The unit does a very good job on its higher settings to blow cold air from fairly far across my bedroom, and the remote and timer work well. I plan to try using ice cubes along with water in the tank, for even cooler temperatures. Per the instructions, be sure to use only tap water, not distilled, filtered, or purified, or it will cause more condensation on the unit. Customer service was prompt and excellent with my inquiries. I'd give the unit an A-, just because it's not cordless.
