Recent biking injury. Doctor said I needed to get this breathing exerciser to help me take deep breaths. Decently constructed and seems to work as intended. A little awkward to use. You hold it like a kettle in front of your mouth and exhale into it while watching the yellow ball keeping it in the middle range markings. Intentional is to maximize your exhale volume while maintaining the mid range flow yellow ball. Good luck folks and take care
