Best frying pan I have ever purchased. My first one lasted for 7 years before the inside started to stick. Any other pan that I have used in the past only lasted a maximum of 3 years.

I purchased both the 10-inch and 12-inch CAROTE non-stick frying pans, and they’ve been very practical for everyday cooking. The non-stick granite coating works extremely well. Eggs, omelets, and other foods release easily with very little oil, which makes cooking and cleanup simple. I’ve used the smaller pan mostly for eggs and quick meals, while the 12-inch pan is perfect for larger portions or family-style cooking. Both pans heat evenly and quickly, and they work well on my induction cooktop. I haven’t noticed any hot spots, and the food cooks consistently across the surface. Cleanup is easy — usually just a quick wipe or rinse is enough. The handle stays comfortable to hold, even when the pan is hot, which makes cooking more comfortable. Overall, these pans feel well-made and reliable, and having two sizes gives a lot of flexibility in the kitchen. A solid choice for anyone looking for non-stick cookware that’s easy to use and clean.

I am going to add my accolades to everyone else raving about this pan. Really happy with my purchase. First of all, the price paid was great. When it arrived, I was a little put out that the handle was not attached. But, after a quick look at the parts in the bag and the pan, installation was a no brainer, especially since the manufacturer included a screwdriver. I would happily do a 15 second install to pay less because the package is not so expensive to make and ship to the distributor. Secondly, the pan is lightweight, the handle stays cool during cooking and the non-stick worked like a dream. I did not baby this pan. I hand washed it thoroughly right after I put on the handle, and then used it immediately to cook up an extra large batch of Chicken Marsala which turned out great. The pan is a little deeper than my other 12", so it works well with one pan type dishes where you sauté and make a sauce all in one pan, but, it still fits in my skillet stack rack. Right after dinner, I put in into the bottom rack of my dishwasher and washed it. I pulled it out this morning, and it was perfect. I can't speak to how long the non-stick will last, but I have regretted buying more expensive pans that had to be thrown into recycling pretty quickly. So, for this price, I am happy so far!

I am completely in love with this non stick skillet. The non stick coating is solid and so well done that I often wonder it's not a really a coating but the pan is made of this material in entirety. The wooden handle is ergonomic and very comfortable to hold. I love that there is no screw or rivet head inside the pan because they tend to accumulate food (and germs) over time. I have tried many different non-stick coatings in the past and most of them failed my 'egg test'. If an omelette or fried egg sticks to the pan if you don't use a lot of oil then it fails my test. On this pan, I can make an omelette with just a few drops of oil. Cleaning is very easy because no food sticks to it. That, in turn needs almost no hard scrubbing that will help with the longevity of the pan. Overall, amazing product and checks all the boxes for me.

Pan is nice size and surfaces are great for cooking. The pans depth, for me, is a little too deep but not a deterrent. Cooks evenly on my Gas stovetop. I often flip foods and have not had any issues with sticking or difficulty flipping. A little heavier that I expected but not too heavy to be cumbersome. Time will tell how the surfaces will hold up to multiple cooking's and washings. So far a nice addition to replace some of my older weathered CALPHALON pans.
