I use this to transport a 17" 4K portable monitor. It fits perfectly and provides as much protection as any soft-shell item can. Thinking about adding a rigid plastic insert to stiffen it a bit. Overall very happy

I've been looking for a cost-effective case for my Alienware M18 and this bag is it. It is well made and sturdy. My laptop fits slightly loose, but I am OK with that. The side bag will not hold the massive power brick, but it will certainly hold documents and even my iPad.Overall, I am quite pleased with this bag and highly recommend it.

It's difficult to fit the laptop in this you really have to shove it in and then closing the zippers over it is a chore too. It could also use more padding, am going to return it.
