I had high hopes for this handheld steamer, but unfortunately, it has been a huge letdown. First of all, it takes too long to heat up, and when it finally does, the steam output is very weak. It barely removes any wrinkles, even on thin fabrics. I’ve tried using it on several different types of clothing, but the results are always underwhelming.The water tank is also way too small – I have to refill it constantly, which is frustrating. Plus, the steamer leaks water, leaving wet spots on my clothes. The build quality feels cheap, and the device gets uncomfortably hot to hold after just a few minutes of use.Overall, this product is not practical or effective. I ended up going back to a regular iron. Definitely not recommended.

This product works exceptionally well and leaves my clothes looking perfect. I recommend purchasing a steamer stand to hang the items you are steaming. Also, remember to use the glove that comes with it, as the steamer can get very hot and you risk burning yourself.

I'm very dissatisfied with this steamer. It is heavy and cumbersome, and it is difficult to carry with you when traveling. I thought I had bought a lightweight portable device, but it was like a brick in my suitcase. It's not the convenient travel companion I wanted. I regret buying it.

Reviews said it was too heavy to pack but since I was going to a wedding in France decided that I needed to bring. It does the job of 1steaming well but the smaller reservoir had a functional problem so I’ll use it only with the larger reservoir.

The small tank didn't stay in very well and actually didn't even work at all (it's like the iron couldn't get any water from it). The large tank worked fine, but the iron only produced average steam. I returned it.

This is the third hand held steamer that I’ve bought. It is the best by far! The steam is consistent, the two different water reservoirs give you options for different size projects, and the fact the you can also use it as an iron is a huge bonus

This is very good. It works on tough wrinkles on all fabrics. It takes a little longer than a more powerful steamer and it's somewhat heavy, but I'm pleased overall

I'm disappointed that this steamer lacks accessories. It has only one basic accessory and no other useful parts, such as fabric protectors. As a tourism-oriented product, I hope to have more multi-functional accessories to help me effectively steam different types of clothes.
