Have just started taking it for a week. Haven’t noticed a change yet. Not sure why something marketed as Miukonjo, have no Mukonjo in the ingredients!

Watch out for the BS. It doesn't do anything at all.

I am glad I found this! It contains Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Turmeric, and many more ingredients in one bottle, which helps clear space on my shelf because I used to take all these supplements individually, and saves me a lot of money because I don't need to purchase each of those supplements individually. Also, the pills are easy to swallow, unlike the zinc pills I would take, which would not go down easily. Furthermore, this product has been manufactured in the USA and tested by a third-party laboratory, which gives me confidence in taking this supplement.

It helps, not as much as I wanted it to. It's worth a try, it helped more than others that I've tried. Yes I would buy it again.

I do want and happy to get a premium and powerful turmeric. This fits my needs and wants. The capsules are easy to take and cause me not rouble. But I may not be normal as I take Turmeric irregularly and like my curry spicy hot. In any case, I do take these ingredients for health and I do not have any side effects or gastric upset from this Mukonjo complex. I appreciate the extra ingredients to but mainly I like the idea of higher potency turmeric from African Root this supplement promises. So far I am very happy with this.

This product has lots of listed ingredients but it is not clear about the quantities of most of them. I would suggest before purchasing that you look carefully at the label in the listing and make sure it is what you are looking for. I was mostly interested in it for the turmeric as a digestive aid. After taking this for a little over a week I don't think it is working as good as the turmeric and ginger gummies that I was using. I think I will be going back to those but if you want something that also has vitamin D and zinc maybe these would work better for you than they do for me. As near as I can tell, about half of this is made-up of the turmeric, vitamin D and zinc. The other half seems to be a proprietary blend of lots of other ingredients but it is hard to tell how much of each. I have included pictures of the ingredients but you can also find them in the listing by zooming in on the pictures of the bottle. This claims to be made in the USA and says that it is manufactured in an FDA registered facility for what that's worth. It does not make any claims of third party testing which I would have liked to see. The expiration date of March of 2027 is printed on the bottom of the bottle. In summary, this might be right for you but it just didn't work out for me.
