Great sound and quality.
It sounds professional and is easy to record tracks. There are many different sounds that can be programmed for each piece. The mesh heads feel and respond very well. It is well-made with high-quality materials. Great customer service responds fast and is very professional. It's nice to be able to adjust the volume on each piece. I appreciate the volume control or the use of headphones so we can play anytime, night or day, and not bother others. Great for beginners or professionals. Highly recommended.

My honest review
Not sponsored by aklot!! I paid my own money to buy this cause i actually needed one. This is an honest opinion.Okay so after installing and hooking up everything and playing it, ill give this drum set 9/10. Alesis strike pro se was 9.5/10 for me. This drum set came with snare stand, high-hat stand, chair and kick pedal and every thing eles for $900 i mean ill give some points to aklot for that. Where alesis strike pro se doesnt come with snare stand, high-hat stand, kick pedal, and chair and it cost me $2500.....This drum set is definitely smaller than strike pro se but this is perfect if you have space problem.Straight out the box the module sound not that bad some sounds little funny but strike pro se was the same, some kit sounded good and some bad. I use midi so it really doesn't matter if some kit sounded little off.The trigger on this kit is 9/10 where strike pro se was 7/10.On this kit only thing i had to touch up was kick sensitive. Where strike pro se i had ride, snare, and crash trigger problem. I had to mess with settings for 2hrs just to make it sound and play right on strike pro se.One thing i do appreciate from strike pro se was taller and longer frame. I dont have a problem using it but I am 5'11 and this kit height was little short. If they can upgrade the frame it would be perfect! Also they do give you a chair but it really feels uncomfortable and wobbly. Might want to get a separate chair. You can also add another tom and crash later if you need them. The mesh feels and plays awesome just like strike pro se. The kick is alot smaller than strike pro se set but i can still use double kick with no problem. The crash is dual zone with choke. The choke worked everytime. The ride is tripple zone with choke and also worked flawlessly.Mind you this kind of quality and build similar to this will run you at least $2500~5000. I mean yea nobody heard of company called aklot unlike big brand compay like alesis, roland, pearl, etc but one thing for sure they can make similar set for less price. And im not 100% sure but all of them are probably made in china😂Ill have to play more on it to see how durable it is but on alesis strike pro se after using it for about 2 1/2 years the strike pro se started to have trigger issues on crash and ride and one of the toms. Let see how long this will last me!Overall experience of 4hrs into this drum set ill give 9/10! Will i recommend this to people? For sure! Will i buy it again? Yes! If they upgrade the chair and the frame lol😂This concludes my review! Thanks for reading!

Good little drum set if unless something doesn’t work.
After submitting my review, I was contacted by the customer support manager. I am pleased to say he read my review, contacted me, resolved my issue 100%. This is exactly the kind of person a company needs in their customer service department. I now recommend this company with confidence. My son figured out the assembly process. My 3 & 5 year old grandsons beat them pretty good. The head phones quit working the second day. I sent the manufacturer an email, & was credited $20, which was not enough to buy a replacement pair. Customer service rep Kay was amazing. She was responsive, polite, friendly, & professional. But I doubt the decision to not give me an adequate replacement at no charge doesn’t sit well with me on an item that worked for only 2 days!

Great beginner kit
I bought this kit for my grandson as an introductory kit and he loves it. My wife and I love it because it's very quiet!Being a introductory kit, there are a few things that aren't great. First, the headphones that came with it have a cord that's way too short and the cord gets in the way of drumming. Second, the high-hat pedal isn't very responsive. In short, this is a good drum kit for a beginner. But be prepared to upgrade the system as your drummer improves.

Nice beginner's drum kit
I have a little experience with percussion instruments so this electronic drum kit is a nice setup for learning at home. Being an electronic drum kit, I can experiment with different drum sounds, connect it to my computer, and practice without annoying my neighbors.Getting the kit assembled took me around half an hour from start to finish, with the process being simple enough that I never had to refer to the instructions. The drum rack is mostly assembled right out of the box so all you really need to do is attach the feet and mount the various drum pads and cymbals. There are a lot of wires that need to be connected, but they are all well marked so you'll know at a glance where they go.Playing this kit feels very different from a traditional drum set. The drum heads have a stretchy mesh covering and rubberized edges that mimic the response you'd feel on a tom or snare, but you don't get that crisp snap back that you would with a tensioned Mylar drum head. And obviously, the cymbals also have a much softer, bouncier feel than brass. That said, once you get used to the feeling, this kit is really easy to play. The control unit provides 20 different drum voices that range from natural sounding acoustic and amped drums to stylized synthetic drums. The pressure response from the pads and cymbals is good, though not always precise. The pedals seem to be less predictable and I found that they sometimes miss beats regardless of how hard I'm stepping.Altogether though, this is a really fun and well made drum kit. It feels very solid and the overall quality is good. This is a nice kit to start on and the electronic connectivity makes a versatile instrument for a home music studio on a budget. Recommended.
