Aluminum 6063-T5 Hollow Rectangular Bar, ASTM B221, 1" x 1", 0.125" Wall, 36" Length

Excellent aluminum tube quality, extremely strong and sturdy. I am using this tubing for a car boat. Before it arrived I did not know what to expect and did not want to use a regular steel tube because of weight. This tubing is absolutely perfect and supports the weight of a portable boat or anything else very well. It does not bend or bow from the weight which is more than a 100 lbs. I am sure it can support much more than even that amount. The finish is very high quality.

Aluminum bar arrived with a very large dent on the corner about halfway down the length, and a lot of deep scrapes. Was planning to clean and polish this up and use it for a visible structural element in a bathroom, but the condition and quality means I'll be asking for a refund. There's no way I can salvage this for my use. Packaging was intact and sufficient, by the way - it was damaged before it left the facility.

I needed to add to the structural part of my travel trailer and this was the right size I needed. I did not weld in the piece but screwed it in and it works great.

Just I needed the square tubing for support brackets for my cargo carry I was modifying to mount on the front of truck.

Perfect to replace supports on my pontoon. They will not bend like the old ones.

Worked out great and shipped quickly.
