I took the full bottle and can’t say I’ve noticed much of a difference honestly. With these types of supplements I do tend to notice a slight difference but perhaps that’s a good thing I didn’t notice much with this one? lol it could also be the fact that it’s only been a month. I will say, I haven’t experienced any negative reactions at all and these taste great. Because of this I’d definitely give it another try.

I liked these gummies a lot. They definitely did what they said they would do. At first, I didn't notice any difference. But after taking them for two weeks straight, you can feel the difference. After one month, I will definitely be ordering more. They weren't too gummy and didn't stick in my teeth like other brands and tasted pleasant. I found them to be very effective. Easy to take chewable gummy supplement.I’ve only been taking for a few weeks and haven’t seen a lot of changes yet, but I will be taking for several months to see if they really make a difference in my body/womanly balance.I was impressed by the ingredients, 1 billion CFU is an awesome amount! I would say the taste is just sweet enough. I enjoy taking these as a treat in the middle of the day.
