Meow House
I think this cat house is great! It’s very sturdy and no spaces between wood. Think the side pieces are one piece of wood they just put lines on for texture and look. I’m actually not done putting it together yet. The one big con is there’s no escape hole. I’m having one put in tomorrow then I can finish it. The other cons are: you have to drill holes to put the leg caps on. Also it would have been nice if they fit snug with no gaps. I also drilled holes to put the wood pieces on that hold the roof open, as there were just dot holes of where to attach them. The directions say to put the divider in After you put the sides on. There wasn’t enough slack to do that. It was off by millimeters. Put the divider in Before you totally snug up the sides. Seriously, the pieces fit together so well. The roof is very nice in color and seems like it will last awhile. I would definitely buy this again. I have raccoons running around that’s why I need an escape hole, but if you don’t go for it.

Cats love it and so do we
My cats love this and it looks really cute. We are using it indoors so cat say much for being waterproof or how it can hold up outside. Inside it is roomy for 2 cats, 10lbs & 12lbs. They have no problem getting inside, plenty of sleeping areas. I love being able to access it for cleaning and changing out the blankets. I put it together myself with a little help from my daughter in holding the roof in place while I attached it and lots of help from the cats, mostly them holding the parts down or testing the doorways. I did use a drill for ease. I haven't noticed any odd smells, the quality seems really nice, but the best part is my cats use it to hide from guests and to sleep in. We really like it

Not as durable as I’d hoped.
Easy to assemble. Kitty is learning to like it. Not very tuff for weather tho. I’ll move it inside for winter and keep it sheltered outdoors.

Well done. Would highly recommend.
Good quality... I mean chicken coop quality. If you know you know. I put it together myself with a 10 month old and a 6 year old harassing me. Took maybe 45 minutes. Granted... I own a construction company. But I had enough working against me to call it "easy" for the DIY'er. Pro tip hit all seams with a clear polyurethane sealant. It'll double its life. OSI Quad clear or a window and door clear silicone. For the price. . I highly recommend.

Built with material that will last !
I'm so glad that I took a chance on this ! It's made nice materials and the design was well thought out and the balcony is generous in size. My cats love it . It took my husband about one hour to assemble. And it was packaged well.

Adorable House...an absolute BEAR to assemble!
The finished product is very cute and fairly sturdy...but, Lord, is it a chore to assemble. It took me seven hours, two hand injuries, and much cursing. Many screw holes were not pre-drilled. Pay special attention to the image of the sprocket, as it took me multiple tries.

Spacious and Weatherproof
I bought this to give an outdoor cat her own space away from my dog when he's outside and ended up using it to leave her a self-feeder protectd from rain while I went on vacation. It worked great for the latter purpose! She was able to access dry food for a full week. I set up a wireless camera on the balcony and was able to see her come to eat several times each day while I was away. It was also cheaper than hiring a pet sitter or boarding her where she would have been confined in a cage.Due to the warm weather she hasn't used it as shelter yet. Hopefully she will use it when the weather gets cooler.
