This is a nice fiber powder as you can put it in anything (like coffee) and it dissolves completely and is near flavorless. It seems to help in digestion and is definitely a good solution.The big downside is you kind of have to use a lot of it which is a pain if you're trying to use it 2 or 3 times a day to spread things out. I am reverting back to psyllium based fiber powder as two teaspoons of that and you SEE results (TMI?) psyllium husk doesn't dissolve very well and you have to chug it before it turns to glue, but when you're needing fiber, you don't want to mess around with adding a ton of powder to your drinks throughout the day

This product was recommended by my gastroenterologist for the relief of mild stomach distress. I had been experiencing vague symptoms of gas and bloating. Not particularly painful, but annoying. I referred to it as a 5% level of discomfort. I take two teaspoons of Benefiber with a half cup of water each morning and my symptoms disappeared after one dose and have not returned. I was skeptical and was prepared for it to not work, or not to work immediately. I am pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. I recommend this product 100% and hope it works as well for you as it did for me.

This is easily the best fiber supplement I've found, in terms of taste and texture - there is none. If I stir more than a day's recommended dose into a single glass of pure water, I can _just_ barely detect a hint of flavor, but in normal doses or in anything with flavor, it just disappears. Perfect!I also highly recommend this package, as it's really best value for money.
