This seems to help my cat, who has a severely deformed ear and no air circulates because it's closed , causing bacteria, and frequent visits to the vet for maintenance. I was skeptical but just after using for one day and only giving 6 pills twice a day instead of 3 times a day, I noticed my Great Pyrenees stopped shaking his ears. He has been to the vet several times and all they give is drops for his ears which he will not let us put in his ear. So far no reactions and only give it to him twice a day with meals. I love it!

We purchased this item for our cats. Living on a farm, sandy soil blows a lot and the cats get dust and sand in the ears. Eventually, ear infections come as a result. We wanted to find a product that helps prevent ear infections in these living conditions. It took about a month of daily pills to see results. We started by crushing two tiny pills into dust using two teaspoons. The pills go between the spoons and you crush it into dust. Mix in soft food and the cat never noticed. Now three months in, we found two pills crushed one week on, one week off works great. Rarely an ear infection. You still use regular ear wiping maintenance on top of taking the medication. We do notice the ear wax comes up easier than it used to. Of course it is a trial and error as you go. We are starting to use one pill daily on our cats, two weeks on, two to three weeks off. The worst is over, now we want a preventative regimen. We think we figured one out for each of our cats. It might take a few months to figure out what you need and when to use it, as every situation is a little different. I’m not going to say anything negative about this product but it did not work for my 2 4 year old pitties. It stopped the itch for two days and then made my girls ear red and inflamed so I stopped using it. It has no smell and is easy to use they are really tiny pills easy to hide in a treat. But they just didn’t seem to be working. Not saying they won’t work for yours.
