I ordered this for my nani and she has been taking one pill every 2-4 days for the past one year. She finds it really effective for her knees as she has joint pain from a long time. The only issue is that whenever she stops taking it the pain begins again. It is not a permanent solution to joint pain but a very temporary and good one.
